A 14.37-acre mixed-use redevelopment in Thane, designed during an internship at Architect Hafeez Contractor for Ashar. The project integrates commercial, hospitality and residential functions into a single vertically zoned high-rise development, delivered in two phases: the first a commercial tower carrying a hotel, retail and several levels of office space; the second a curvilinear residential tower lifted on a double-height podium, with 2BHK to 4BHK units, private duplex penthouses, and an indoor ski club as its central amenity.
The massing divides the site into active zones — expansive green terraces, podium-level recreation decks and rooftop clubhouses. The architectural language works a modern palette of glass and concrete with an emphasis on visual porosity and skyline articulation, and parking is resolved through multiple basement levels and an integrated podium beneath the residential tower. Circulation, views and programme overlap are choreographed to hold the density together as one vertical community.
My role ran across both phases: conceptual graphics, graphical sections, 3D modelling and rendering.
